5. Termination.
Any permission granted herein terminates automatically without further notice if you breach any of the terms and conditions contained herein. Upon such termination, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials. 8. Miscellaneous.

1. Scope and Applicability.
This Privacy Policy only applies with respect to information Solar Technologies, Inc. (“Solar”) collects from websites on which a direct hyperlink to this “Privacy Policy” is posted. It describes the way Solar handles information learned about you from your visit to our website. Other websites (including those we link to) not owned or operated by or for Solar have different data processing practices for which Solar does not vouch or assume responsibility.
2. Collection of Information.
